You may return or exchange an item in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Email sales@musclerulz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us and we will send you a replacement.
Special Offer items cannot be returned. If your order came with a free gift and you return the main item, the gift must be returned with it.
Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse and passing a quality check, back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to process it.
