We ship via UPS in the United States. DHL we use for international shipping
What are your shipping and return policies?
Your products will be shipped in 5-10 business days (once the order is received at our warehouse (Monday-Friday). We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. International Shipping will take 20-25 days to reach.
You may return or exchange the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section of Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button or contact us at sales@musclerulz.com.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Usually, take 7-business day to initiate a refund. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. Amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
