Return Policy


 

You may return or exchange the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping, and handling charges.

Eligibility criteria

Muscle Rulz’s returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Muscle Rulz for any reason within the specified return period. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return request

Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section of Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button or contact us at sales@musclerulz.com. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions.

Items sent back to us without a ‘Return Request’ will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

You can choose to return/exchange the item for reason of mismatch of item or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

You can return products purchased from Muscle Rulz within the specified return/exchange period, except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for a limited number of days. Certain types of items cannot be returned like Special Offer items. Please gets in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

You can choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of item or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item.
Muscle Rulz shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased on Muscle Rulz. If the customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Muscle Rulz’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

Refunds

Usually, take 7-business day to initiate a refund. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. Amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
